The support staff was very nice to deal with but I can't say I'll order again from this company because I never received it. The items were mailed then returned by shipping company without me ever receiving them and only through emails did I eventually find out that the items I wanted were no longer available but no explanation as to why the first order was shipped back.

Needed bigger sizes. Didn't want to pay for shipping charges again. Email CS and got free shipping code. Excellent communication about my return inquiries.

Direct dealing with hips and curves was great. Their use of Fedex for shipping is the only thing keeping me from a issuing a 5 star. Products are great quality and style. Shipping is very dissapointing.
