Jacob was very honest and punctual. He kept me informed and involved throughout the entire colorbond roof renewal. He brought in a specialist team and carpenters to ensure that a professional and thorough job was done. He kept to the original quote throughout the job and there were no hidden fees and charges. I would highly recommend him for any roof repairs, maintenance and renovations. He provided excellent customer service and was an absolute gentlemen.

Jacob worked on our tiled roof to find and fix leaks that other roofers had failed to fix. His charges are reasonable, he's always on time and pleasant to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Jacob came to help despite being very busy WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED becasue the ceiling was dripping water. He quickly diagnosed a few problems and put in a temporary solution to one and fixed the other. On his return he once again did a very professional job at completely fixing the main problem. 2 years ago Jacob recapped our whole roof. Recently our roof developed a small leak following the installation of solar panels. So it was without hesitation that we asked Jacob back to repair the leak caused by tradesmen installing the solar panels.

Jacob was quick and very thorough in fixing the leak in our roof. When Jacob came to inspect our roof (flat roof extension) it began raining on and off. He pushed on and fixed the issue he found, and he said it took him less time that he had anticipated. After he'd completed the job, I asked Jacob's advice about an unrelated guttering issue and he gave us advice on ways it could be overcome. Rather than adding this job to the bill, Jacob made the alteration for us, free of charge. He went above and beyond and we will definitely call upon his services again.
