Difficulté de livraison
L’entreprise de livraison s’est « moqué » de moi : ils n’ont pas assuré la livraison prévue dans le créneau 12h-14h décidé et ont choisi une nouvelle date en le faisant passer cela sur une demande de ma part. J’avais pris mon après midi. Ils ont imposé la nouvelle date sur la journée entière sans me demander mon avis et j’ai dû prendre ma journée. Ils m’ont appelé au niveau service commercial suite à un mail de désagrément de ma part pour me dire qu’ils allaient voir leur agent mais sans me proposer de solution pour ma livraison (horaire plus précis par exemple) : pour moi, leur gestion interne est le problème mais m’appeler pour ne rien me proposer, je nais rien compris. Donc dommage car cela a gâché mon plaisir de ma commande car j’apprécie vraiment vos produits.
