I ordered a pair of scrubs (top and bottom) you sent me the top and cancelled the pants for an unknown reasons. I emailed and you refunded the pants. However, a nurse cannot only wear scrub tops to work. Especially if they need to be the same color. Love your scrubs - the service was unacceptable. I had to buy another brand, because I needed both a top and bottom! This should have been obvious and you should have reached out prior to cancelling to see if I wanted the top without the matching bottom.

Been waiting 4 weeks for my order and then only received part of it so far. Very disappointed.

I needed to exchange the pants for a different size. The company was very helpful to get the right size and “return” the wrong size. Very happy with the result , and how it was handled. .

I have reached out several times to return items that arrived late with little response that eventually led to no response. I just want my money back!!

I made a mistake on the zipcode and reached out. Nothing happened and my order was canceled and I STILL don't have the scrubs I wanted. I am a provider, and I wear healing hands as my uniform. I guess I will be switching :-(
