Not only did she call US courier service she also called Canada Post and called me with the exact location of my package and where to go pick it up. Such great prompt service I am so grateful. I LOVE this bag. It’s the perfect size and has enough structure to make it easy to organize your things. No more digging around for my keys- I know just where to grab them. I like that it has a strap for a crossbody, or can be carried by the handle. It makes it so versatile and easy to dress up or down. It’s clearly well made and looks great with everything. You can see it’s high quality. I think my favorite part is that it was made without harming any animals in the process!

I absolutely love this bag. It feels like a great quality bag and has a lovely shape with great details. The two pockets on the front are really useful, and the two pouches and one zip pocket mean there’s plenty of places to put the things you might need quickly. Plus it arrived in the UK really quickly. I’ve been recommending Gunas to all of my friends.

Bought this was as a gift. The giftie loved it. I would say that the zipper was not what I expected. I wish it would have gone completely from end to end. It stopped a little short and so the opening is not the full width of bag. But otherwise great bag.

I love this bag so much that I've convinced four of my other colleagues to purchase it as well. It's the perfect size for a commuting bag and never feels bulky even when full. I can easily fit my work laptop, wallet, water bottle, and whatever book I'm reading at the time inside. The extra exterior pockets are great for quick keys or metro access. LOVE.

It's bright and cheery, the flowers give it an extra dimension, and it's well-made, so it can hang out in a larger bag without damage, but it's just the right size to be a pretty clutch on its own. It's darling, but not too twee, so you can still take yourself seriously with it. I love it.
