So far it's been great! The package of meat arrives as scheduled. The ice is melted but the meat is still frozen so all is well. Despite the weather being 100 degrees Plus!

High quality products delivered to my door. Shipments arrive timely and well packaged. I live in Florida and had one shipment that arrived partially thawed. I called customer service, they replaced the order at no additional cost and have since added extra dry ice to our deliveries in the summer solving that problem. I have nothing negative to say.
