Great customer service

I absolutely love this snack spinner. It has definitely helped my daughter develop her fine motor and self feeding skills. I love that she can choose her snack and they are readily available. Customer service is absolutely amazing as well, they stand by their product.

We LOVE our GoBe Snack Spinner. It keeps our toddler entertained on long outings and make it fun for him to choose his snack. A mom essential!

Customer service is amazing but the product simply does not last. Our lid malfunctioned multiple times and the team kindly replaced it each time, at one point even sent a new unit, but the lid still broke within a few months. Our two did not make it through the school year, I asked if there was anything I could do to prevent the malfunctions but did not receive much guidance.

Hi, I washed it once and reassembled all the part and now it doesn’t work like before. It stops in between and doesn’t rotate adequately.
