Website easy to navigate. Submitting your vin allows them to make sure the part you order fits. In the past they have actually emailed my to let me know the part was wrong and provided me with the proper part#. I do a lot of on line parts purchase for my business fleet and this is the only website that has ever done that.

The site said the item was guaranteed to fit my vehicle. It did not. I was quoted $283 shipping from usps to send it back. I have contacted the company multiple times with no response. Terrible customer service.

The part's dept response to my questions (twice) went UNANSWERED and so did my voicemail In all my years of being a customer, this purchase was the worst as far as corresponding back to me. . . .

I submitted a question regarding parts on line and never received a response.
