I was booking my flight to Cambodia online, I had reached the payment stage, I had entered all of the required information, selected pay and my WiFi decided to freak out! I sorry followed my WiFi, spinning into high level stress and panicked call Globehunters help desk, thankfully a gentleman by the name of Puneet Singh was my saviour in this case. Puneet manged to calm me down, quickly found my details, flights and my attempt at paying. I had gotten myself flustered but I guided through the process, Puneet made a few suggestions of types of ticket might best suit me and I felt more comfortable with a flexible ticket.
