WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN
Item arrived open, packaging damaged and torn in places with missing instruction booklet. I contacted customer service who didn't care and sent me a link to a PDF instruction manual. This was a birthday present for my daughter and was told I should have used their gift wrapping service to avoid the box being damaged. This is not how to run a business and treat your customers, I hope this will deter others from buying from you as I will not purchase your products again.

Top class design, great service
I bought this for my granddaughter, who is dyspraxic and has autism, as she really struggled with her previous one and couldn't keep her balance, steer, or even keep it moving . I now have to jog alongside her on the school run! She easily mastered control of steering and braking, and absolutely loves it. She loves the fact she can go as fast as her more able-bodied friends. For me the service was top class, the product is well made and easy to carry. I now have to get the money together to buy one for her little brother, as he desperately wants one.

The only thing, scooter must be packed in additional box. I bought 2 times and they were delivered just in their original boxes. I returned the 1st one and it cause inconvenience when returning.
