I bought 4 matching pearl bracelets for my bridesmaids and needed them rush shipped. The customer service team was so helpful and kind and got the gifts to me with plenty of time to spare. They are stunning. So happy.

My bracelet broke at a picnic and lost it somewhere in the grass and nowhere to be found:(

I absolutely love my Orinoco Ring. I needed a custom size and that was no problem for them. I even ordered a few additional rings because I was hoping to stack them, but didn't end up loving the thickness of the other ones. I was able to easily return them for a full refund. I'll definitely be ordering from GLDN again!

I am so happy with the items and the customer service! It is exactly what I was hoping for & they were happy to customize my necklace to the last detail. The only thing I would change is the clasp - it is really small and delicate. I would be devastated to loose my necklace. For an almost $600 purchase I would hope for a nice secure clasp. Other than that I am very happy with the outcome!

I received a bracelet from my son with a personalized engraving of my mom’s handwriting. She had recently passed. It is one of the best gifts have ever received! Had two more pieces made since. Y’all are awesome!!!

I'm happy with the piece of jewelry I got, it is very stylish. I also loved the packaging it came in, it was pretty and it seemed as though a lot of thought and care went into it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the wait time for my piece was like 2 weeks or something like that before it even shipped, and that's just too unreasonable in my opinion. Especially when I can order from one of the many other jewelry websites and get something in a more timely manner. I do understand that making something by hand will take longer for the most part, but I don't think I'll be ordering from GLDN again because of the wait times on orders. The quality and style of the jewelry is not spectacular enough for me to compromise on that.

The piece is well done however it is tiny. From the photos I did not expect to barely be able to read the engraving as the band is so thin.

I love ordering meaningful pieces from GLDN. This is my third ring purchase. The first had my husband's name next to mine and it held up beautifully, so when we had our first child, I knew I would get a ring with his name to wear instead. Expecting baby number two was no different! This time I got a ring for each boy with their initials. My husband said one day maybe they can pass them on to their partners, which I thought was a cool sentiment, and I am confident the rings will hold up that long, because we have had nothing but great luck so far!
