I purchased the hair comb
I purchased the hair comb via the website and received a call from Christyn advising that they were not able to locate the last one of the product I had purchased. Christyn was very apologetic but offered solutions (a) contact their supplier and obtain new one but I wouldn't have it in my timeframe (b) refund (c) different product. I was SUPER pleased that a company would contact me via phone and email to express their disappointment with the inconvenience that they were putting me through. But unknown to Christyn I was ordering early due to making sure i received way before the actual date. I can highly recommend Glam Couture for great customer service. Thank you for your efforts Christyn - very much appreciated.
