I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Giro Spherical Helmet. The helmet is extremely lightweight, so it is very easy to wear. I also feel that my head is very well protected with this helmet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! The shipping was very quick - I ordered on a Sunday night and received the helmet my Tuesday (even with the free shipping option!). The customer service was outstanding - when I called Giro to ask a question, the rep was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I’m sure the helmet is fine … but it was not accurate sizing at all. Very disappointed as I had to return it.

These gloves are excellent. I've been looking for this style. Ever since I lost one from my last set, a bike shop Tam bikes, then, California had these with special graphics. These things have lasted 6 years. So I did some research. I found that g ro still makes them. I'm so happy that I was able to find these High quality

Made a return for the proper size easily, although I didn't receive any notice that the distributor had received them back. I just hoped they got there and waited, and one day, the proper size arrived, which is good, but it caused a bit of unnecessary worry.

Customer service was an easy contact. I had to exchange and return to get the right fit between 2 styles before settling on the right fit. Giro accepted the returns and paid the return. I REALLY appreciated that since it is a difficult and timely task to shop for any footwear without trying it on.
