Wonderful, stylish shoe. Great quality. Very comfortable. My only issue is that the outside soles of the shoes are very slippery. It feels like you are walking on a sheet of ice because there is no traction. It feels slippery whether I'm on carpet or on a hard surface. I had to spend more money at a professional shoe cobbler to get a non-slip grip surfaces applied to bottom of the sole. The small adhesive grips you buy from the store will not work. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

The shoes I ordered were advertised as ‘final sale’ so, when I received them in the mail and they were too big I was worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange them for a smaller size. I contacted customer service and they agreed to take back the original shoes in exchange for the smaller size. I’m very happy with my purchase and with my customer service experience.

LOVE everything about GH Bass (except they can be out of my size with many of the shoes I want :/) and I REALLY wish they'd bring back the Elenor with no kilt or toe design, just a beautiful, plain, tasseled loafer (I had to buy the mens version and it hits my ankle bones, not super comfortable, but I wear them anyway)

Ordered a pair of 7.5M -not sure why I did that. Put them back in the box and re-ordered a size 7M. Shipping the larger shoes back was easy and the return/credit came through with no problem and the correct size showed up within a week. Very easy to order, to return and re-order. Shipping label included and credit came through w/o any problems. One of the easiest purchases I've made online and the product was just as shown on the website. Love the shoes; look good, feel good - they are classics!
