Ram windshield moulding
Online store, customer service and delivery were excellent! The window moulding for the driver side however was incorrectly put together wrong. I had to flip the rubber gasket right side up and reapply it to the plastic moulding. Hopefully I won’t have apply new double sided tape to make it stick. So far so good…

Used the VIN verification box and saved time and frustration
I ordered parts for an Eco-Diesel Cherokee and sent in an incorrect order. I filled in the VIN verification option in the order review before I sent it in. I received an email stating the parts were incorrect. I called the customer service number and received excellent help in getting the order fixed.
