Great fit & quality. I always get compliments on the leggings. I am 5'6 & currently weigh 170 and ordered a med & large. It depends on how you like your clothes to fit. Both sizes fit great, med is a little tighter(waist) & large a little looser(waist), hopefully this will help someone on sizes. Highly recommend.
