Great desk and service
I am 5’1” tall so most standing desks don’t go low enough for me. I got the 3-stage low frame and it lowers to the perfect height. Jake gave great customer service answering all my questions and prioritizing my order. The order came quickly and in three separate boxes, which made carrying it up 60 steps easier. Assembly was easy and went without a hitch. I couldn’t be happier with my new desk!

Agent was super helpful in getting me a missing grommet (turned out to be user error on my part when I placed the order for the table). Grommet arrived super quickly. Table and accessories - everything ordered super promptly and I've been using the fully bamboo desk for ~1 month and have been LOVING it. Reduces the pain in my back from being at the desk super long hours since I get to stand. If anyone is on the fence about adding casters-- do it! Really helps when you want to move the desk to a different corner of your home office and/or are cleaning.

Customer service is good, but unfortunately can't vouch for convenience if you're shipping to Canada. I had multiple issue with missing commercial invoices for border processing.
