I have always place the
I have always place the cake order online and it is easy. Picked it up once very late just before the shop closes for the day and once around 7:30am. The shop is very accommodating and responses very quickly to messages.

Delivery charge within Swan Valley
Delivery charge within Swan Valley was high. Uber charges would of been more inline considering distance. Would collect in future to ensure all items ordered received.

After reading numerous reviews on
After reading numerous reviews on items having issues with delivery times, I decided to pick up on the day of my function instead to avoid this. I emailed through confirming pickup time at East Perth, and received a response in confirmation. When I went to pick up in East Perth at the agreed time, I was advised that my order was only partially ready and would be ready for collection in 3 hours time. I advised that I had email confirmation of pick up time and location, and was told that the head office/online was different from East Perth and it had not been communicated to the franchise. There was no one to discuss this issue with from my online order. I was dismissed as “there’s no one to talk to here, we are just East Perth”. It was a very stressful morning where I had to urgently organise alternative food from Coles in case my order was not ready. It ended up being delivered to my house, 25 minutes after guests arrived. The food was delicious; but not worth the stress.
