Good delivery

I decided to order directly instead of ordering through Amazon. It took a little longer to receive the item — closer to a week than the 2 days I get with prime shipping — but it was very much worth it. When I have sent a question, I have always gotten a response within a day. Very positive so far.

While shipping was prompt and online ordering simple I had no need to interact with a live representative from your company. In my opinion you’ve got an excellent product... promote it more, offer price incentives for buying more than 1 of a product or subscription discounts.
