We found the floor we liked but wanted a sample to see before ordering. The salesman overnighted it to us, gave us 5 days to decide with the sale price in tact and once ordered we had the floor next day not the 2-3 days projected. After a recent home purchase, I initially planned to refinish my floors because I thought laminate flooring would be too expensive. I bought this for my basement. I have a custom log home so this look is perfect for it. I decided to glue it down and like all flooring no matter what grade it is if you want it look good it is a lot of work and paying attention to the detail is the key to making it look great. I do need to buy 4 more boxes because it's going to be close. My measuring mistake. Anyway, no regrets and it looks really good and a great value. Here is a suggestion. Take your time and dont rush and if you find yourself wanting to rush it then come back the next day.

I bought 18 boxes of flooring. five and ten and three I only made one bad cut on one full length and was able to save one box unopened. I called your company to get credit for the unopened box. I was told you can only return 4 unopened boxes. Why? I am a homeowner doing the work myself.

Andy Nicholson was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent the time to understand our needs and walk us through their engineered wood flooring options. When I returned a 2nd time, he even helped me find some wooden skids they had in back for a home project for a HS graduation. In the end, we didn.t choose the flooring options they had, but we did purchase 1,600 ft of underlayment, and we'll be back to purchase carpet from him next year. Give Andy a chance to help you.
