The Item I required was out of stock…everywhere…including on fixmybinding.com: Burton Re:Flex 4x4 Micro Adjustment Disks. I lost a pair somewhere over the summer, nightmare. Burton, couldn’t help. Doesn’t sound like they will be made again. Thought I’d send a quick message in on here to see if they would ever come back into stock as they showed as out…Didn’t need to answer, it’s obvious right? But come back they did…sure enough no luck, they weren’t coming back in, but we had a lovely chat anyway. Hold tight…An hour later, I get another message…”We’ve FOUND a pair in the wrong stock bin, if you want them…grab ‘em fast!” So I did… To be clear, these are not some high value item that cost thousands of dollars, but mean an awful lot to me, as they mean I can keep my stance width consistent across the quiver and just the way I like it. Shipped all the way from the States to the UK with full tracking at a brilliant price. Think it was less that £30 including shipping. I just got them…Opened up the package just now. Perfect! A free sticker and small bar of wax in the envelope too?! This is the stuff of legend, absolutely not required, or expected, but a beautiful gesture. Above and beyond in every sense, representing everything that’s great about snowboarding in the very purest form. Humbled and thankful! You have a customer for life and I’ll make sure others come too.

I ordered new ankle straps and received an email that they were sold out. They asked if they could send me a better set instead. A couple days later I got the more expensive straps at no Extra cost. The, a couple weeks later they sent me the original bindings I had ordered to make sure I was satisfied. Way to go the extra mile. I will shop here again.
