The light is extremely bright, reliable, and overall a great light! I love the fact that you can use AA batteries in case your battery dies and can't recharge it. I recommend this headlamp for camping and for emergencies. I do have one and only one complaint. After only 3 years of very light use, the clip that holds the battery cover broke. It can no longer secure the cover and now I have to buy another one.
