Ordering process was challenging. Wanted to schedule a specific date. . had to email to ask. . . not an option. . . then cookies arrived earlier than expected for a birthday gift. Would be nice to pick whichever flavors you want. Cookies are delicious, very intense flavor--we are eating them one bite at at time! Comparable to CRUMBL Packaging is not great. . . we expected a much nicer package. . . looks like something from a vending machine.

The cookies are unbelievably delicious. We ordered again immediately. The only issue is the UPS is not kind to your cookies/ the first order was really smashed , the some mores and the massive eruption were broken and leaked all over the packaging but the rest were just broken but not as badly damaged . The second order was in better shape but still a little banged up. We will keep ordering because these are the best cookies we have tried out of all the cookies we tried so far

Great service. One of my cookies came with a little opened from delivery. They sent a replacement within a couple days.

TBH, I was a bit skeptical but pulled the trigger when there was a sale with a pick 12 option. And I am glad I did. These cookies are crazy good!
