I have yet to receive my last order which was a engine cover for my 2003 crown Vic

I left a voicemail regarding my order - I was simply asking for an update. A gentleman (I cannot remember his name) called me back and provided an update, and also let me know he was able to find an alternative source for the part I needed.

Unfortunately the part I ordered did not fit although according to part # it should have. They were very kind in making my return pleasant. Very good people.

The correct part was delivered In about 5 days

Shipping was SUPER expensive but the part fit like it should, so I'm happy.

I ordered a “left” door handle cover. Website didn’t show the picture and when it came in it wasn’t the color I needed. All was my fault for not knowing or looking up the correct color I needed but they helped me out and swapped it for the correct one. They did all the leg work and looked up what I needed sent it to me and I definitely appreciate it.

I’m giving two stars instead of one because I can’t believe this is as bad as it seems. I ordered three items and two were not what I thought I ordered. I’ve tried to call and e-mail to work this out, but no response.

Was shipped the wrong part even though I provided the vin. Still charged original shipping. Went to Amazon and got the right part for a few dollars more

Price was great, shipping was fast, but parts personnel could use more training. I called in my order to ensure ALL the parts I needed were included in my order. Turns out they were not and I had to place a second order.

The part was perfect replacement. The order was filled and shipped promptly. It arrived at the USPS facility in Texas the next day and was in transit according to the tracking.. Over a week later, after sitting in transit by USPS it arrived. I suspect that it was at the USPS sorting facility in St. Louis County which everyone including postal employees complain about. For the shipping cost, maybe consider Fed X or UPS.. Your product and service were great. USPS delivery, not so much !!!!
