I loved all the face masks I’ve used so far. There wasn’t a single problem with any of them. There was one with no English directions but by now people should know when to put it on and until when so that wasn’t much of an issue either. I’d just would’ve liked to see more of a variety on the types of face mask. Most of the ones I’ve recovered were moisturizers. Sure, some had other aspects they wanted to address as well as moisture but still they were all deep moisturizing face masks. I would’ve liked to see more clarifying or cleansing. Maybe dealing with redness or pores. But that is my own desire in a face mask box, to see a variety of target concerns.

I love my Facetory boxes! I look forward to them every month, and the masks are just amazing every single time. Also, the customer service is second to none! The Facetory team is amazing!
