Outstanding!

I do not recommend it. Two weeks ago I registered my dogs and they only charged the money. I called them and they did not solve the problem.

I contacted them more than once. Number on website only sends you to contact them through email. Appointment never happened. Doctor never answered zoom and searched the office and number takes me straight to voicemail. Asked for refund, no response. Greatly disappointed because I truly needed my letter and thought this was a legit website.

I am so disappointed in this company. I got the wrong size jacket for my dog, and no one has responded yet! And, they don’t share my review, so I may take other measures to get the word out.

Terrible communication with ESA if you have a problem. I got the wrong size jacket. They don’t give a customer service phone #, no email, and when I enter to chat, it goes no where. I think I e been scammed.

They also give you a cute little certificate and a badge and cars that goes along with whatever plan that you get and it’s really adorable and I really appreciate them for working with me through my mess up but if you guys are looking to register your loving pets, this is the best website to register them.

I had just came back from two deployments and I need to be evaluated to get an ESA letter. I was extremely depressed and needed my dog to live back with me after deploying back to back . This company was super professional and the licensed therapist helped me with my evaluation so much . I now have my ESA letter and it didn’t take long along with my dog who is my best friend.

I initially had a bad feeling about ordering but someone reached out and provided me all the info I needed. With them not having a phone number it's a bit scary but they do respond to email in a timely manor. I am pleased so far.

My 30 yr. Old McCaw Parrot is registered. I have had him all his life. I have terminal leukemia and Oscar goes everywhere with me. He has emotional support badge and doctors letters. Fred Meyers manager kicked me out of his store and was really rude to me, had me in tears. This is a new manager, I had been shopping there with Oscar for 5 years. Dollar Tree also kicked me out. They don't recognize a parrot as a emotional support animal. Oscar is my life and keeps me fighting to live. I live and keep fighting for him I can't believe those stores would treat me like that. A 73 year old terminal cancer patient So very sad !!!
