The mattress was very tightly packed into an oblong box that I was surprised to hold such a large mattress. . Unpacking , I left to my sons. The mattress sort of expanded magically until it actually was a mattress shape. They popped it onto the bed . I left it a good while before I lay on it, Just to make sure. . Very comfortable and supportive without being hard or soft. Excellent choice.

Timeous delivery, very comfortable, there was a slightly unpleasant odour which took some weeks to disperse. I am quite satisfied now with the product.

After suffering lower backache for over a year I investigated every mattress I could think of and am so glad I chose Ergoflex. I can honestly say that after three months I am now 85% pain free in my lower back and am sure this will improve more with time. I would say it is medium firm it has softness with underlying firmness. Excellent choice for what I needed. So nice to get out of bed feeling comfortable when I stand up. The mattress arrived well packaged and grew to size after all day plus one night. Then it was ready to use.

I have waited until i had had this mattress for some months before reviewing it. I cannot rate it high enough, it’s extremely comfortable, my aches and pains in my back have disappeared and when I did the required turn after a few weeks you would never know it had been slept on by two adults. My only problem with the company is that being in our late eighties getting it upstairs and disposing of the old mattress was a problem, if only for a fee they could offer this service the experience would have been perfect.
