After a few facials, I was excited to trade my LaRoche Posay skincare routine to try the Éminence products, however I haven’t received any of my products. I understand this is due to the Canada Post strike, but when I reached out to Éminence’s customer service for support, I was not supported at all. What a terrible way to treat new customers, and to damage their brand reputation without even starting using their products.

I’ve been using Eminence since the early 2000s I’ve loved it since the first time I used it.
