Shipping calculator was down but I paid what was requested at time of order. Email notifying me of shipping not yet paid seemed rude to me. Not my fault your calculator was down. Process to make payment did not seem very clear to me either. Product seems to be exceptional & should be for the cost. Not to mention the additional cost to have it shipped. Product is heavy but boy, that charge was unexpected.

I purchased two thicknesses of 2 x 3 rolls of magnets not knowing if the thinner product would be strong enough to stay attached to the HVAC return ducts in my home but they did work. I easily cut them into 12” x 12” squares using a box cutter knife.
