The mattress is good and I’m happy with the quality. However, I never received the complimentary items (pillows, sheets, and protector) that were advertised with the purchase. I chose DreamCloud specifically because of that bundle, and for a $1,000 order, I expected everything to arrive as promised.

Start to finish the entire purchase experience was as they say "easy peasy". Best sleep my wife and I have had in like a long time. We sleep next to each other but having the split king she doesn't wake me rolling up in the blanket and I don't wake her with my frequent toss-n-turn. Love the power lift and vibrator too. Definitely one of those "should have done this sooner" moments! Thank you!
