My first time trying caviar and let me tell you it was AMAZING! My boyfriend whose had caviar many times told me it was also very good and that i was spoiled to have good caviar as a first timer lol!

I've had many types of unis before. This one was very good. It had a bit of a sweet taste to it but what was impressive it was the clean taste that it had. Most other Unis i've tried have had some sort of sand taste in them.

Truly a fine caviar! The caviar pearls were light and the texture was very good. I've been an Osetra consumer my whole life but this one was quite a treat!
