I have a been a customer of your store for about two years. I love the clothes but the customer service needs a great deal of improvement. It takes an extremely long time to receive merchandise and when I call or email the company, often times I never get a response. If I do get a response it's after multiple attempts and the email makes it seem as if I am being unreasonable with the length of time that I expect to response to my inquiry. This summer I ordered a white dress that never came. The company said that it was delayed in coming but they promised that it was coming by a certain date and that I would receive shipping information. I never received the dress by the second promise date so I had to dispute the charge with PayPal. Earlier this year I had such problems with ordering the Layla dress that I was told that I would receive a free gift with my replacement items that I purchased instead of the dress. There was no free gift. I continue to order items because I love the quality of their clothes. But I would never order if I needed something by a certain amount of find because on average it takes 4 weeks or longer to receive an item. Non pre-order items usually take 2 weeks. They fail to give you an updates if items that they are waiting to come in stock are experiencing a delay. I order from another company as well and they provide personal emails if items are taking longer than expected. This company needs to adopt that practice. If a person is spending their money, they have a right to receive things in a timely manner or receive an update when it will not be. The customer should also not be made to feel that their inquiries or time expectations to receive a product are unreasonable. Please do better DNY. I love your clothes but the secret to success is to provide the highest level of customer service. Your company lacks that.

I was extremely happy with the customer service I recieved. The packaging was awesome. I felt like ibwas gifting myself. They even hleped me cordinate my dress, down to the shoes. Not only that I always had an update on when I was recieving mu merchandise. Dynfactorii you're awesome! Loyal and happy customer here!!

I absolutely love my new purchase. I haven't worn it out yet but will be soon. The fit is divine true to size and perfect. They definitely hit the mark when they named this piece "perfection".
