Well, after being told that
Well, after being told that this stuff would help you sleep and no more sleeping tablets, I've spent the last 5 nights NOT sleeping. It's done absolutely FA. Now, I did try to send Dirtea a msg with regards to this, but obviously, they spend more on Advertising than customer care. End of the day, I'll defiantly NOT be getting anything else from them, EVER! Go spend your money on anything else.

First i had to wait
First i had to wait a month for the product and when it finally arrived i found out that i hat to pay an extra 12€ of costom fees (which is not your fault). Then, when i opend the pahage and took out the metal container, the bag inside of it, that holds the product wasn't propperly sealed. So as i took the bag out of the metal container a lot of product fell on the floor and i am not able to use it. I am very disapointed as the product is not very cheap and i not can only use half of it.

Cracking product, and prompt service. The only thing that stops you getting 5 stars is lack of notification when a subscription product is out of stock. This has happened twice, and both times I had to email to find out what was happening. Prompt email response, to be fair, but a simple email, or note in with the rest of a subscription order would be very helpful..

Customer Service - amazing. shipping
Customer Service - amazing. shipping is still there but not much you can do unless you can buy more to get free shipping. Sample packets would be great! something like a weeks worth in sample pouches so taste and feeling can be experienced.
