My part arrived late after paying for FedEx 2-day shipping and when I received my part it was missing the bolts and the gaskets and o-rings. Now I'm having trouble getting my refund. I've spent a lot of money with you guys in the past and it has me questioning any further purchases in the future. I've had problem now getting refund for two different orders that I had problems with. Both were the oil drain tube. The fleece oil drain tube that I got is a bad part and almost blew the motor up in my truck. The police admits that the oil drain tube isn't suitable for anybody that tows with their truck. That's ridiculous. Doesn't tow with a 1-ton truck. And now I'm having trouble getting my refund for that as well. You guys really need to be able to support your customers.

PARTS CAME IN AS EXPECTED

Ordered 3 months ago and my tank still hasn’t shipped. They did update me a couple times stating my order was delayed further and further. Customer service is nice and I understand Diesel Performance is just selling S&B products but my reason for the 1 star is because it never said anything about the tank being back ordered. Now I have a buyer for the truck and a $1600 tank on order so the buyer is just waiting.

Another shipment has been sent but now I have to pay someone to install it.
