The customer service was excellent and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. When I got the earrings, they were perfect and beautiful. In a beautiful box that would make a perfect gift.

Bought my wife a beautiful set of earrings for our anniversary, she loves them by the way! Anyway, she lost one screw back, so we ordered a replacement & didn't think any more about it. DiamondsStuds reached out to me because I had ordered a different quality gold. Catch #1, ordered same gold quality. Then, I'll be danged if she didn't lose one again. This time they questioned my order again to request pictures of the studs themselves. Catch #2, evidently they were not happy with the stud threads & asked me to send back for repair. Who does this? I guess DiamondStuds. com does for sure. Thank you
