My travertine floor had been cleaned by a professional cleaning company for several months. I’m not sure what product they used but it left my floors slightly sticky…if they were still damp…and left footprints on it that could be seen in certain lights. The first time I used your mop it took away the footprints and left my floors clean. I couldn’t believe how dirty the cloth on the bottom of the mop was. Disgusting! I love this mop and have my new cleaning lady using it as well. Thank you!

I've only been using it for a week but I've noticed satisfying the results. I have another machine that works for circulation but I needed something for movement and this fits the bill. I have MS and have lost strength in my legs. I'm looking forward to see the long-term results.

So far I am really pleased with this steamer and it did a very good job on my rug. Have not a chance to try it on too many jobs. I would recommend this to any one looking for a machine.

I have very wide, deep grout on my kitchen floor. It is difficult to clean without scrubbing on hands/knees. The steam brush worked very well to loosen ground in dirt. For my ceramic floors, I will move away from wet mopping to this steam system. It works wonders and it's easy. The only reason I haven't provided 5 stars is that the mop automatically shut off during the 3rd use. I don't know why it happened so I'm worried it may be a product flaw. It did turn back on after I unplugged and plugged back in. I hope it was a fluke because the mop really works well.

Product is as advertised and service superior. One part did not line up, new one was sent immediately. I am a very happy customer

Easy to assemble and works well in that it keeps the bike confined to a small area when being stored. Works better on bikes with wide tires.

I am very pleased with it and have been using it every day. One of my best purchases.
