I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with customer service regarding the Open Circle Friendship Bracelet. I purchased two of these bracelets and there were issues with the sliding mechanism on both bracelets. I wasn’t able to adjust the bracelets because the slider beads wouldn’t move up or down with a gentle push/pull or a push/pull with a little more force and pressure applied. I was definitely concerned that applying more force would cause further damage by breaking the bracelets. I contacted customer service hoping for a quick resolution, but instead, I was met with two weeks of back and forth communication and delays. I provided very detailed and descriptive information regarding the issue with the bracelets and sent a video twice, per there request. It felt like it was a stalling tactic and that they weren’t going to act in good faith regarding the issue. Finally, after all the wasted time and inconvenience, their resolution was to simply tell me to apply gentle pressure and the bead clasp may require a bit of force to move it initially. It would’ve been helpful if this information was provided in their initial response and or was included in the product description on the website. I’ve never had a bracelet with a sliding mechanism with this much tension and resistance or that required more than gentle pressure. The bracelet was nearly impossible to adjust. I was finally able to move the slider bead with significant force. However, I was definitely concerned that applying more force would cause further damage by breaking the bracelet. There was definitely difficulty in adjusting this bracelet and I had to apply more than the gentle pressure method with a bit of force, as advised by customer service after two weeks of back and forth communication, a video per their request and delays. Although the bracelets are lovely, this isn’t a great product design if a customer needs to apply significant force just to adjust the bracelet. Unfortuna...

I love this jewellery. I own many pieces now. The designs are unique, well priced, and excellent quality. Their customer service is responsive and solution oriented. And delivery is quick. I just wish their rings came in half sizes.
