Poor Customer Service. Sent wrong
Poor Customer Service. Sent wrong Item a $20 Atm bar. I ordered a $331. Wolf Battery. When I called customer service, they said you already received the battery. No I received the wrong order. As of today no answers, no battery. Just out $331. Dollars. Think twice when dealing with Culver due to poor structure o their Customer Service.

This is the worst company
This is the worst company I have ever seen! No one to talk to in the office that could answer why they did not mail my purchase. Then they write asking me to review how I like the wheelchair that I called 4 times to ask why they were not shipping it. This is crazy! Give me back my money so I can buy a chair from someone who wants to sell me one.

They sent me the wrong
They sent me the wrong color chair pads and now will not respond and blocked my email seeking to correct the error. So don’t expect any customer service.

Received wrong product on 4/7/25
Received wrong product on 4/7/25 and customer service has still not sent me the label to return it 2. 5 weeks later.

Lightweight power chair
Good points-Chair is great for temporary use doctor store ect easy transport in car as it folds and is lightweight. Bad points- Not a good chair for everyday use. Breaks down not hold the chair, arms are very flimsy and do not hold weight to help stand up ( I am 110 lbs) the joystick is very testy, it spins very easily with a little tap so tends to crash into things. I have ALS and while this chair has enabled me to stay active I think there are things they could adjust to make this a better chair.

Got the wolf chair and it worked great. Then stepped on the foot rest and it broke off the main frame. They sent me a new one and it wasn’t the right one. Asked them to send the right one and they won’t send it . Said they were working on it. It’s beef well over a week and no response. I told them I would buy it , but they just keep saying that they are working on it. The wrong bracket came right away. Customer service is terrible. I will be contacting the attorney general if I don’t get it soon.

I was initially pleased with my chair, but my first difficulty was trying to get a spare battery. I called multiple wheelchair services in Denver. They all had the same response: you were impossible to work with. They couldn’t get you to respond, so they couldn’t get parts from you. That was my experience as well. I looked up your rating on BBB and it was terrible. The controller on my chair quit working, but the replacement I ordered on your website turned out to be the wrong type. I’m now trying to find out how I can return it for a refund.

Awful. The scooter is wonderful
Awful. The scooter is wonderful but you cannot get an extra battery and when you ask to send the charger they send the wrong one!!! They are not replacing it so basically we have a $1200 piece of metal we are stuck with. After a month of begging for the charger my husband is still not able to travel without this scooter. Customer service is not help. I call all the time--they are useless. Speak broken english!!!!
