Have bought from C & E on and off for many years; especially when I lived in the Middle East. Recently decided to try them again and found delivery good but products are expensive for the size and amount charged which leaves me underwhelmed and not in a hurry to rush back for further purchases. It’s a shame because I do like the company.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to place the order and I was updated by e mail charting the progress of my order. Once the order was with the courier they took over the e mails and submitted a time slot for when my parcel would arrive. Arrived beautifully packaged.

Although I was disappointed in the product I initially bought, I did get good service when I complained about it. I was sent a suitable alternative, polite and helpful staff, quick shipping.

I ordered 3 this hand cream and they came on time, the only thing was they didn’t send the corresponding pumps, so I went on the site and emailed my disappointment they sent me some straight away thank you.
