Great packaging, shipping communication and transit time is good. Already have quality control problem with one of their products. Process to submit for warranty is easy but still pending that outcome. Hopefully problem will be solved successfully.

The best sheets I have ever slept in hands down.

Sheets are nice, but are they $500 nice? No. I've managed to find similar sheets on Amazon for less than $80 that I actually prefer. I toss and turn all night. These sheets move with me, while cheaper sheets do not. I wake up tangled in these sheets like being trapped in a spider web. I've replaced these sheets with a cheaper sheet and sleep much better.

Ordered the bamboo sheet set, silk winter weight comforter and bamboo duvet cover. Love how soft everything is. The sheets do wrinkle at night, but easy to smooth out when making bed. Originally ordered the bamboo winter weight comforter. It was not as fluffy as expected so order the silk and pleased with it. Returned the bamboo comforter. This was my first experience with Cozy Earth and very pleased with quality of items. I will order again from Cozy Earth.

Disappointed

I like the sheets as they feel almost cool to the touch and are very soft. However for me, I cannot justify the high price point, so I would not purchase again unless the price were lower.

The sheet I bought started having pilling after the 5th night of use.

Everything shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.

Good color choices. Be nice to see patterns. Love that these sheets are virtually wrinkle free!

Product is over-sized (not measured correctly). I appreciate the extra material but would have expected more from such an expensive "high-end" brand. I am disappointed.
