The prices are good and the process is quick but when it comes time to pausing or canceling your subscription it becomes difficult. They aren’t very clear on the fees either.

The doctor I was "matched" with is helpful and very responsive. Sometimes with online medical apps, you do not get the care and attention you need however with cove the doctor is always attentive and listens to my needs

Very easy set up process. The only issue I had was getting a BP reading. Pharmacies do not offer this anymore since Covid. I do wish there was option to change the frequency of deliveries. I got my second shiptment and wasn’t anywhere near ready for more pills.

Between Covid, parenting a (very active) 4 year old, graduate school, and working, I just never made it to a doctor to figure out if I had more options. I had a doctor who assessed my medical history and neurological state remotely, and prescribed Nurtec as a preventative medication in addition to my sumatriptan. This has changed my life. I get fewer migraines by far, and the ones I do get are much more manageable. I know that without Cove, I wouldn't be able to give any of my responsibilities the attention they need and deserve. My daughter especially deserves the best of me every day, and I can give it to her when I don't have constant migraines.
