After making an error with my delivery address, I emailed the staff. They were very quick and extremely helpful in trying to get my issue resolved. Unfortunately, my costume went to the wrong address, but was returned. Once it was received back at the supplier though, the staff emailed me to ask if I was still interested in the costume. They resent it to me, and it arrived withing three days. Amazing service.
