There were 3 earwigs inside the plastic package when it arrived which were pretty gross. I would still purchase from this company again because the product I ordered was very satisfying, but the bug situation was truly a turnoff.

got them in reasonable time and they fit fine...one of collars dropped quiet a bit of sparkles that were on ends of ribbons on collar...otherwise, they're fine

The collars we received were bigger than expected, although some of it is my fault, I guess. Our dogs neck fell on the border of 2 sizes and I went with the larger size. They were flimsier than expected. The pom-poms of one were falling off the first day. Also they all fit differently. some are looser than others.
