The gift was sent to the wrong depot so arrived late. There was no message on the gift However I was impressed by your customer service who changed my delivery address as I had made a mistake

Thank you message not sent to recipient. When cocoba contacted about sender they advised unable to state due to Data Protection. Also said they would contact sender but did not do so. When I contacted customer service I was given an apology and told human error but no explanation why I was not contacted when recipient asking who sent the gift.

Unfortunately the chocolate buttons arrived in one solid lump. At some point they have been left in too hot conditions. won’t be sending them back as quite honestly I can’t be bothered with all the faff involved.
