Paid for my pegs, they never sent me the order. Won't reply to my emails. Absolutely outrageous.

Take your money and then don't answer emails or return phone calls. After 4 weeks of nothing I tried on 3 occasions to cancel my order and get a refund but they still sent the order anyway. Save some money and get EXACTLY the same items from Temu for a 1/3 of the price.

We ordered a set of rainbow stainless steel pegs last December before Christmas and as far as we can tell, they haven't even been dispatched yet. We asked about our order in January and were told mid-Jan that they would "get an update on your order and ensure it is delivered to you as soon as possible". . . a month later, we've had no update, no pegs, and customer service no longer responding to emails

I do not recommend this company. I have received only part of my order and am receiving no response to my email queries. Utterly disappointed and unimpressed after looking to purchase from an Australian owned company. I will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC.
