I’m very impressed with my first purchase

Perfectly and adorably packaged, ordered 3 helix earrings and they're all beautiful, only issue I had is one of the backs were cross threaded and couldn't get it off. Local jeweller managed to unscrew it, other than that very happy thank you!

Lovely earrings, however I thought they would come as pairs so therefore I had to buy another set

Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO APOLOGIES,Bad QUALITY. Nose piercing was broken soon after I recieved the item and when I tried to put on my nose. Although I asked the refund and explained the condition on website form, they didn't reply. So I contacted again. Then, asked me the information again. In the middle of conversation on email, they didn't replied again, No apologies. Additionally, they said they couldn't refund to me because they already refunded to me. I was like "Are u serious?!" But I couldn't find the refund on my bank account. So I said I would give the proof of what I hadn't got refund yet. they said they sent money back and the receipt. But after all, still haven't received refund for more than 10days, received only a receipt. It was like a scam. Unbelievable experience.

Awful experience!! To start with i didn’t receive 3 of my item and then contacted customer services, they sent new ones but some of the same items i had already received. Contacted customer service again about this and found the messages patronising and they said they had sent all my items now , i was still missing one item. They asked what item i was missing and not heard from then since, this was a week ago now. I feel like they are very unprofessional which is a shame as the jewellery is nice. I will now be shopping from other smaller companies.

jewellery broke within first wear, have tried to contact customer service and they have not responded. i wouldn’t recommend buying jewellery from here.
