You need to retrain your packers. They are useless. It is easy to tell when products are just thrown in the box. You can't hide it. It is not about being thrown around during shipping. You can tell the packing received no special attention.

I ordered a 5 lb. bag of Jelly Belly New Jersey cherry sours. It came in a Fed Ex box. When I opened it, the bag holding the candy had opened up and all the candy was interspersed with the Styrofoam peanuts. Because my wife had thrown away the spoiled candy and box, I was not able to take a picture as requested by CF. Therefore, they will not make any adjustment on the candy. I have been a fairly frequent customer, but no longer.

I’ve ordered the 5 lbs malted milk balls 2 previous times and they were so good, tasted just like the old Brachs one. But just got my 3 rd order yesterday and was so disappointed! The chocolate is gritty not smooth like the old ones and the balls were way smaller. Sure hope the other ones come back!

After Easter when I couldn't find bla k jelly beans anymore, I searched them o.n the internet and Candy Favorites came up. So I purchased a 5 lb bag. So good!! Now I can enjoy them all the time!!

The Cherry Sours are very good, but the shipping options are ridiculous. Perhaps offer free shipping at a certain price point, or just lower the shipping cost as the amount-spent increases.
