The reason I have only given two stars is poor customer service. The booklet that came with dash cam is not very helpful. I called and emailed several times without getting a reply as to why I could not access the memory, eventually an e mail showing my frustration worked. This does not include Cheryl Mason who promptly shipped a piece missing from the order. Just for me personally. I am just not iPhone/computer literate enough to get my videos on my iPhone while in the vehicle. I am wondering if you have a special attachment to your iPhone that I may not have. I feel much better/safer with your system in my vehicle. It matters.
