Ordered product. One food safe hose for emergency water supply. 5 units of water treatment drops. Received. Hose, 1 unit of water treatment drops. Called customer support who were helpful and got me the rest of my order another week later.

I prefer legacy products for preparedness because they have clean ingredients and don’t add unnecessary additives.

Called many locations for Water Storage Tanks and each would not ship to Puerto Rico, a US territory plus with USPS Offices and Zip Codes. Called Legacy and spoke to a rep 'Amy' take took my concern and said she would look into it. She then called me back with a positive response that they would ship. That made the deal. So far 3 Water Storage Tanks have been shipped and received by my wife in Puerto Rico with a 4th unit being ordered. MY wife said the structure and finish f the units were excellent and simple to use. I thank 'Amy' for representing your firm correctly on phone, taking in my request, that was not too unusual, and turning it into a multiple sale for you and satisfaction for myself.

Very satisfied with the quality of the water containers and the tubs of honey. One water container showed up with damaged screw cap along with a tub of honey that had a damaged seal. Both products were replaced quickly and their team was great to deal with!! A+
