Ordering was easy, unfortunately processing the order was caught up in the cdk computer hacking, but ultimetly the order was processed quickly and arrived within days.

I was happy with the selection of harder to find OEM parts. Once ordered it took 10 days to leave the warehouse which I found to be a bit longer than I’d expect (ordered 6/28 shipped 7/8) once shipped was good! Parts are PERFECT! Expect longer than average wait time for the company to pick and put a label on the package.

I’ve ordered twice from them and there’s nothing special about the experience except that the OEM pieces I’ve bought are a full 1/3 cheaper than through my local Audi dealer. For buying something you do not need immediately it is a no-brainer.

I messed around trying to fix a few individual parts in the tiptronic shift cover/dust cover of my daughter's 09 Beetle and managed to break the shift button as a bonus. Found the replacement parts I needed here and while the shipping did take a day or three longer than I had liked, the parts were exactly what I needed and it turned a tedious three hour repair fail into a 20 minute successful installation solution. I thought the parts were a bit expensive but they seem to be of great quality and I had zero issues getting everything back in place. Also, that stupid shifter button must be made of unobtanium but they had the exact item I needed.
